Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer free returns. The return freight will have to be paid by the customer.
You must submit your request within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused, with labels intact and in their original packaging. Contact us via email support@vexlly.com to initiate your return or by the contact page.
We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Hopefully we will in the coming future! In the mean time you can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our refund criteria, we’ll process a full refund. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner we can issue your refund! After the package arrives, we’ll inspect the item(s) and, upon approval, credit the refund to your original payment method. You should see the funds on your bank statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way—expect an email when your parcel reaches our warehouse!
When returning a parcel please follow the process below. Be Aware that you have a 30 day window for returns.
1. Contact Us to Start the Return
If you wish to return your item, the first step is to reach out to our support team at support@snoutandstitch.com or contact. Please include the following details in your email:
1. Order number, 2. Item(s) you wish to return, 3. Reason for return (e.g., size, fit, or other)
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll confirm whether your return is eligible based on our return policy and provide you with further instructions. Please note that you will have to submit photos of the garment(s) to us for inspection prior to your return process being accepted.
2. Repackaging Your Item
Before sending it back, please make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached. Carefully repackage your item to ensure it is returned in good condition—avoid using the original packaging if it’s been damaged.
3. Pay for Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can use your preferred postal service or carrier. We recommend choosing a service that provides tracking to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us.
4. Drop Off at the Post Office
Take your securely packaged item, with the return label attached, to your nearest post office or drop-off location. Make sure to get a receipt with a tracking number for your records.
6. Send Us the Tracking Information
Once you’ve sent your return package, please email us the tracking number to support@snout&stitch.com. This helps us keep an eye on your return and ensures it’s processed as soon as it arrives.
7. We’ll Process Your Return
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund or exchange as requested. This usually takes 5-7 business days after receiving the return. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
