Snout & Stitch's Shipping Policy: Reliable, and Straightforward
1. Estimated Shipping Times by Location
- United States: 5-11 business days
- Canada: 6-12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5-11 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 6-12 business days
- Other Global Destinations: 6-15 business days
2. Order processing
- Order processing takes 1-5 business days, depending on the volume of orders. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your gear as it makes its way to you.
3. Standard Shipping: $5.99 (VAT included)
- We offer flat-rate standard shipping for $5.99 on all orders below $50.
- Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping with VAT included.
- Since VAT is already covered in our shipping fee, you won't need to pay extra VAT upon delivery.
4. Customs & Import Fees
- Unfortunately, we can't work our magic everywhere. Customs fees may apply depending on your country. If they do, your local postal service will reach out to you for payment before your package is released. We are not responsible for undelivered packages if you refuse to pay custom taxes & duties.
5. Order Tracking
- After we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is on its journey. This activates within a few business days, so don’t panic if it’s slow to update at first!
6. Lost Packages
- For lost packages we advise you ask your neighbours, or consult security footage if possible.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- In some cases, we may offer a discounted replacement but cannot guarantee refunds for lost or stolen packages
7. Items Arriving Separately
Orders may be split into separate shipments due to factors such as weight, package dimensions, or product availability.
Additionally, when certain items are in stock while others require more processing time, we may ship the available products first to avoid unnecessary delays. This means some of your items might arrive separately.
Each package will have its own tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of each shipment.
8. Wrong Addresses & Other Delivery Situations
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
- If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@snout&stitch.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office.
- Please note that we can not issue a refund if you refuse to collect the package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. If you no longer need the purchased items, please email our customer service team at support@snoutandstitch.com to submit a return request.
